The lightweight concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250-400 parts of cement, 50-120 parts of a cementing material, 150-300 parts of lightweight aggregate, 0.5-2 parts of a reinforcing material, 0.1-1 part of a foaming agent and 100-230 parts of water, the water-binder ratio is 0.4-0.5, and the reinforcing material is a composition of polyformaldehyde fibers and fibrilia or a composition of polyformaldehyde fibers and glass fibers. The light high-strength composite material wall has good heat insulation and sound insulation performance at the same time.
