The device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to install, the upper side of a connecting piece is firmly clamped to the outer connecting position of a square pipe through a first side clamping block in a clamping device, then a black line keel is clamped into a first transverse clamping groove and a second transverse clamping groove, meanwhile, an electric telescopic rod is shortened to enable a clamping base to move towards the inner side, and the clamping base moves towards the outer side; therefore, the black line keel can be firmly clamped by the lower side of the connecting piece, troubles and inconvenience caused by the fact that a worker holds the black line keel and aligns the black line keel with a square pipe to carry out installation operation are avoided, and then the quality after installation is ensured. The four synchronous tightening devices are arranged, so that the requirement that eight self-tapping screws are synchronously fixed together is met, the construction efficiency is improved, and in addition, the labor amount of workers is reduced.
