The invention discloses a device for dismantling and underpinning a masonry structure wall and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of holes are dug in the top of a to-be-dismantled wall body, supporting pieces are arranged in the holes, and by adjusting the height of the supporting pieces, the to-be-dismantled wall body can be dismantled and underpinned; the top face and the bottom face of the supporting piece abut against the bottom face of an upper structure and the top face of a to-be-dismantled wall correspondingly. Part of the wall body extending in the horizontal direction of the supporting piece is chiseled away to form a containing space, and the two ends of the containing space extend to the wall bodies located on the two sides of the to-be-dismantled wall body correspondingly; a template is arranged after steel bars are bound in the containing space; concrete is poured into the containing space to form an underpinning beam, and the top face and the bottom face of the underpinning beam make contact with the upper structure and the top face of the wall to be disassembled correspondingly; and after the concrete reaches the design age, the to-be-dismantled wall body located below the underpinning beam is dismantled.
