The invention discloses a cement grinding aid, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of alcohol amine compounds, 1 to 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 10 to 20 parts of modified fly ash, 10 to 20 parts of styrene-butadiene copolymer emulsion, 6 to 10 parts of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 20 to 40 parts of glycerol and 400 to 600 parts of water. The solid waste fly ash is used as an original material for modification application, on one hand, the utilization rate of the solid waste is increased, and the production cost is reduced; on the other hand, the fly ash is modified, and a special functional group structure on the surface of the fly ash can better form relatively uniform particulate matters with mineralizers on the surface of cement clinker through an adsorption effect, so that the surface energy is increased, the grindability of materials is improved, and the machine-hour yield of cement is increased. In addition, through the combined action of the modified fly ash and the styrene-butadiene copolymer emulsion, the 28-day compressive and flexural strength of the cement is enhanced, the content of chloride ions in ground cement can be remarkably reduced, and the service life of a cement-based material is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种水泥助磨剂,它是由由以下重量份的原料制成:醇胺类化合物10‑20份、聚丙烯酰胺1‑3份、改性粉煤灰10‑20份、丁苯共聚物乳液10‑20份、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯6‑10份、甘油20‑40份、水400‑600份。本发明利用固体废弃物粉煤灰为原始材料进行改性应用,一方面提高了固体废弃物的利用率,降低生产成本;另一方面粉煤灰进行改性,其表面具有的特殊官能团结构可以更好地通过吸附作用与水泥熟料表面的矿化物形成较为均匀地颗粒物质,增大表面能,提高物料易磨性,提高水泥台时产量。此外,本发明通过改性粉煤灰与丁苯共聚物乳液共同作用,增强水泥28天抗压抗折强度,还可以显著降低出磨水泥氯离子含量,延长水泥基材料使用寿命。
