The invention relates to the technical field of coal gangue modification, and discloses a preparation method of a coal gangue emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture based on surface modification, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing coal gangue, and screening to obtain coarse aggregate with the particle size of less than 5mm; and further crushing for 20 seconds by using a crusher, and sieving by using a 80-mesh standard sieve to obtain coal gangue fine powder with the particle size of 0.18 mm. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the anionic emulsifier can generate physical and chemical actions with the activated coal gangue powder, and the coal gangue powder can fully absorb the anionic emulsifier to form a microcapsule structure. When the coal gangue powder is added into the emulsified asphalt mixture, the surface of the RAP material can be modified, and meanwhile, the coal gangue powder and the cationic emulsified asphalt can generate a charge attraction effect, so that the emulsified asphalt, the coal gangue powder and the RAP material are tightly bonded, and the synergistic interaction effect of the coal gangue powder and the anionic emulsifier is fully exerted; therefore, the early strength and the overall performance of the emulsified asphalt cold-recycled mixture are improved.
本发明涉及煤矸石改性技术领域,公开了基于表面改性的煤矸石乳化沥青冷再生混合料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1:将煤矸石破碎后筛分成5mm以下的粗集料;再进一步用粉碎机粉碎20秒,过80目标准筛,得到粒径为0.18mm的煤矸石细粉。本发明提出的方案采用所述阴离子乳化剂可以与活化煤矸石粉发生物理和化学作用,煤矸石粉会充分吸收阴离子乳化剂形成微胶囊结构。煤矸石粉加入到乳化沥青混合料中会对RAP料表面进行改性,同时会与阳离子乳化沥青发生电荷吸引作用,使乳化沥青和煤矸石粉、RAP料紧密粘合,充分发挥煤矸石粉和阴离子乳化剂的协同增效作用,从而提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的早期强度和整体性能。
