The invention provides a high-content red mud hazardous waste curing filling material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the cross technical field of solid waste recycling and mine filling materials. The filling material comprises a solid phase component and water, the solid phase component comprises, by mass, 50-80 parts of Bayer process red mud, 10-30 parts of coal cinder, 20 parts of cement, 0-1 part of a water reducing agent and 0-0.15 part of chelate fiber, and the mass ratio of water to the solid phase component is 62: 100. Red mud belongs to a potential hydraulic solid waste, and meanwhile, the red mud contains relatively high alkali content and can play a role in stimulating the activity of other solid wastes. The coal cinder contains activated carbon, has a porous structure and can be used for adsorbing heavy metal elements in the red mud. The red mud-based filling material prepared by the invention not only has excellent properties such as high flow state, early strength, rapid hardening and low bleeding rate, and meets the requirements of mine filling on strength and fluidity, but also explores a way for recycling, reducing and harmless treatment and high-valued utilization of red mud hazardous wastes.
本发明提供一种赤泥高掺量危废固化充填材料及其制备方法,属于固体废弃物资源化和矿山充填材料的交叉技术领域。所述充填材料包括固相组分和水,所述固相组分中各组分质量份数为:拜耳法赤泥50~80份、煤渣10~30份、水泥20份,减水剂0~1份,螯合纤维0~0.15份,水与固相组分的质量比为62:100。赤泥属于一种潜在水硬性类固废,同时本身含有较高的碱量,可起到激发其他固废活性的作用。煤渣中含有活性炭,具有多孔结构可用于吸附赤泥中存在的重金属元素。本发明制备的赤泥基充填材料不仅具有高流态、早强快硬、泌水率低等优良性能,满足了矿山充填的强度和流动性要求,而且还为赤泥危废的资源化、减量化和无害化处置以及高值化利用探索出一条途径。
