The invention discloses high-durability low-carbon fiber concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 260 to 500 parts of low-carbon cement, 900 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate, 500 to 900 parts of fine aggregate, 20 to 40 parts of modified coating fiber, 150 to 180 parts of water and 5 to 10 parts of additives, the modified coating fiber is one of plant fiber and steel fiber, the length is 2-3 cm, and the diameter is 10-20 microns; the thickness of the coating is 0.5-1 mm; the preparation method comprises the following steps: removing moisture from the fibers; coating reinforcing primer on the surface of the fiber; spraying a single-component heating curing adhesive on the surface of the primer; the strength and performance of the low-carbon cement are obtained through carbonization curing, meanwhile, the coating on the modified fiber is cured by utilizing the characteristic that the low-carbon cement releases heat through the carbonization reaction, the obtained coating can prevent the fiber from being eroded by CO2 diffusion, the corrosion resistance of the fiber is improved, meanwhile, the cohesive force of the internal structure of concrete can be enhanced, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The mechanical property and the durability of the fiber concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种高耐久性低碳纤维混凝土,由以下质量份数原料组成:低碳水泥260~500份,粗骨料900~1100份,细骨料500~900份,改性涂层纤维20‑40份,水150~180,外加剂5~10份;所述改性涂层纤维采用植物纤维、钢纤维中一种,长度2‑3cm,直径10‑20μm;涂层厚度为0.5~1mm;制备方法包括以下步骤:将纤维去除水分;在纤维表面涂抹增强底漆;在所述底漆表面喷涂单组分加热固化胶粘剂;本发明所述低碳水泥经过碳化养护获得强度和性能,同时利用其碳化反应放热的特点固化改性纤维上的涂层,所得涂层可以避免CO2扩散对纤维的侵蚀,在提高纤维耐腐蚀能力的同时还可以加强混凝土内部结构的粘结力,改善了纤维混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能。
