The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-durability recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-durability recycled concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 320 to 330 parts of cement; 26 to 30 parts of fly ash; 910 to 925 parts of recycled aggregate; 210 to 220 parts of modified stone powder; 6.3 to 6.5 parts of an additive; the modified stone powder is prepared by soaking and modifying stone powder in a modification solution; the modified liquid is a compound of water, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, alkyl glycoside and barium petroleum sulfonate. The method has the advantage of improving the durability of the concrete doped with a large amount of recycled aggregate.
