The self-leveling composite material comprises a wear-resistant self-leveling surface layer and a thermal-insulation self-leveling bottom layer, the wear-resistant self-leveling surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 100 parts of low-odor/high-purity fluorgypsum, 5 to 20 parts of fluorine-containing silicon powder, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a water-retaining thickening agent, 0.1 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of a de-foaming agent, 0.1 to 3 parts of redispersible rubber powder and 0.1 to 1 part of an exciting agent; the heat-preservation heat-insulation self-leveling bottom layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 100 parts of low-odor/high-purity fluorgypsum, 10 to 30 parts of waste PU foam powder, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a water-retention thickening agent, 0.1 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1 to 3 parts of redispersible rubber powder and 0.1 to 1 part of an exciting agent. According to the wear-resistant heat-preservation and heat-insulation self-leveling composite material and the preparation method thereof, the problems that an existing fluorgypsum self-leveling material is large in smell, low in strength, incapable of giving consideration to heat preservation and heat insulation and the like are solved, the cost of the self-leveling material is greatly reduced, and the self-leveling material is environmentally friendly.
