The invention provides a diatomite and zirconia composite ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic material comprises diatomite, zirconium oxide and an adhesive, and the mass fraction of zirconium oxide is 12-13% based on 100% of the mass of the ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: primarily mixing diatomite and zirconium oxide, adding an adhesive, secondarily mixing to obtain a mixture, and sequentially pre-sintering and sintering the mixture to obtain the ceramic material. The prepared diatomite and zirconium oxide composite ceramic material is suitable for a complex glass curved mirror manufacturing process, and has the advantages of quality consistency, performance stability, thermal shock stability, high-temperature volume stability, high-temperature performance, processability and simple preparation method.
本发明提供了一种硅藻土和氧化锆复合的陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。所述陶瓷材料包括硅藻土、氧化锆和粘合剂,以所述陶瓷材料的质量为100%计,所述氧化锆的质量分数为12~13%。所述制备方法包括:将硅藻土和氧化锆第一混合后,加入粘合剂进行第二混合,得到混合料,对所述混合料依次进行预烧结和烧结,得到所述陶瓷材料。本发明在制备的硅藻土和氧化锆复合的陶瓷材料,适用于复杂的玻璃曲面镜制造工艺,具有质量一致性和性能稳定性、热震稳定性、高温下体积稳定性、高温性能、加工性能和制备方法简单的优点。
