The invention relates to a preparation method of SrZrO3 perovskite type dielectric ceramic with high optical quality. Strontium chloride hexahydrate is added into deionized water, and a salt solution with a certain concentration is prepared. And dropwise adding the uniformly dissolved salt solution into the (NH4) 2CO3 solution to react to generate a precipitate, aging, and sequentially washing and drying to obtain strontium carbonate powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding strontium carbonate powder and commercially available 20-nanometer ZrO2 powder into a ball milling tank according to a molar ratio of 1: 1, and carrying out ball milling by taking absolute ethyl alcohol as a medium; after ball milling, calcining in a muffle furnace to obtain a calcined product; and then carrying out cold isostatic pressing, vacuum sintering and grinding and polishing treatment on the SrZrO3 transparent ceramic material to finally obtain the SrZrO3 transparent ceramic material with excellent optical properties.
本发明涉及一种高光学质量的SrZrO3钙钛矿型介电陶瓷的制备方法。将六水合氯化锶加入至去离子水中,配成一定浓度的盐溶液。将均匀溶解的盐溶液逐滴滴加到(NH4)2CO3溶液中反应产生沉淀,陈化后依次经过洗涤、烘干获得碳酸锶粉体。将碳酸锶粉体与市售20纳米的ZrO2粉体按照摩尔比1:1加入至球磨罐中以无水乙醇为介质进行球磨。球磨后经过在马弗炉中煅烧,得到煅烧产物;随后对其进行冷等静压成型、真空烧结以及打磨抛光处理,最后获得了光学性质优良的SrZrO3透明陶瓷材料。
