PET-based foamy carbon and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of novel carbon materials, in particular to PET-based foamy carbon and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the PET-based foamy carbon comprises the following steps: carrying out low-temperature heat treatment on a mixture of a PET material and nickelocene under a pressure condition to obtain a first material, and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment on the first material to obtain the PET-based foamy carbon. According to the PET-based foamy carbon, PET serves as a carbon source, nickelocene serves as a catalyst, CNTs generated in situ and the foamy carbon wall are wound together, and the prepared foamy carbon material has high porosity, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.
本发明涉及新型碳材料技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种PET基泡沫碳及其制备方法。一种PET基泡沫碳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将PET材料和二茂镍的混合物在压力条件下进行低温热处理,得到第一物料,将所述第一物料进行高温热处理,得到PET基泡沫碳。本发明的PET基泡沫碳采用PET作为碳源,二茂镍作为催化剂,原位生成的CNTs与泡沫碳壁相互缠绕在一起,制备的泡沫碳材料具有高的气孔率,导热性和导电性。
