A set of #-shaped fixing frame is arranged in the formwork, a main body of the #-shaped fixing frame is composed of two sets of transverse supporting rods and two sets of longitudinal supporting rods, top plates are arranged at the two ends of the transverse supporting rods and the two ends of the longitudinal supporting rods, and the top plates are attached to the inner wall of the formwork, so that the periphery of the inner wall of the formwork can be supported and reinforced; and each surface of the inner wall of the template is provided with double reinforcing supports, so that the structural stability of the template can be greatly improved, and the template is not easy to sink when being pressed.
本发明公开了市政工程给水管道地下暗挖工程施工的技术领域的一种逆作法竖井一体化支模,成型模组的内腔中部设置有支撑平台,支撑平台的顶部左右中心处均设置有竖杆,竖杆的顶部共同连接设置有卸料平台,卸料平台的顶部四周围绕设置有围板,卸料平台的四周中心处均向下倾斜设置有导料板;模板的内部设置了一组井字形固定架,井字形固定架由两组横向支撑杆与两组纵向支撑杆组成主体,并在横向支撑杆与纵向支撑杆的两端均设置了顶板,顶板与模板的内壁贴合,这样即可对模板内壁四周进行支撑加固,而且在模板的内壁每一面上均是设置双重加固支撑,这样不仅能大大的增加模板的结构稳定性,使其在受压时不会轻易的发生凹陷的现象。
