One end of the rack penetrates into the damping working cavity, the end is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the damping working cavity through a piston with a throttling hole, the other end of the rack penetrates out of the side wall, away from the damping working cavity, of the protective shell, and insections of the rack are meshed with the connecting gear; the chain adjusting assembly is connected between the two opposite inner side walls of the protective shell, and a chain of the chain adjusting assembly is meshed with the corresponding set of gears of the driving gear set and the driven gear set. On the basis that the inerter of the inerter vibration reduction system is adjustable, the energy absorption and energy consumption effects can be enhanced.
