The invention provides a steel structure based on cement-based material protection, a preparation method of the steel structure and a cement-based material. The exterior of a component of the steel structure comprises an adhesive layer, a profiled grid layer, a three-dimensional fabric layer and a cement-based material protection layer; the profiled grid layer and the three-dimensional fabric layer are adhered by adding the cement-based material; the profiled grid layer is formed by wrapping a steel structure with a profiled plastic grid and/or a profiled steel wire mesh; the three-dimensional fabric layer is formed by wrapping a steel structure with a three-dimensional fabric. The fiber cement composite material protective layer provided by the invention can improve the capability of the steel structural member for resisting corrosion of marine chloride ions; and meanwhile, the mechanical properties such as bending resistance, tensile strength and impact resistance of the steel structural member can be improved, so that the reliability, stability and adaptability of the ocean structure are improved.
本发明提出了基于水泥基材料防护的钢结构及制备方法和该水泥基材料,所述钢结构的构件外部包括胶粘层、压型网格层、三维织物层和水泥基材料防护层;所述压型网格层、三维织物层之间通过加入所述水泥基材料进行粘连;所述压型网格层为压型塑料网格和/或压型钢丝网包裹钢结构而形成的压型网格层;所述三维织物层为三维织物包裹钢结构而形成的三维织物层。本发明提供的纤维水泥复合材料防护层可以提高钢结构构件抵御海洋氯离子侵蚀的能力;同时,可提高钢结构构件抗弯、抗拉、抗冲击等力学性能,从而提高海洋结构可靠性、稳定性和适应性。

The invention provides a steel structure based on cement-based material protection, a preparation method of the steel structure and a cement-based material. The exterior of a component of the steel structure comprises an adhesive layer, a profiled grid layer, a three-dimensional fabric layer and a cement-based material protection layer; the profiled grid layer and the three-dimensional fabric layer are adhered by adding the cement-based material; the profiled grid layer is formed by wrapping a steel structure with a profiled plastic grid and/or a profiled steel wire mesh; the three-dimensional fabric layer is formed by wrapping a steel structure with a three-dimensional fabric. The fiber cement composite material protective layer provided by the invention can improve the capability of the steel structural member for resisting corrosion of marine chloride ions; and meanwhile, the mechanical properties such as bending resistance, tensile strength and impact resistance of the steel structural member can be improved, so that the reliability, stability and adaptability of the ocean structure are improved.
