The problems that in the prior art, the lifting speed is low when an electric hoist is adopted for lifting, and danger exists when the electric hoist and a winch are matched for operation can be solved.
本发明公开了一种单元式幕墙轨道吊装装置及其安装方法,包括支撑构件,安装在建筑主体钢结构上;上部滑移轨道,分别安装在所述支撑构件的上端的靠外侧和靠内侧,其中靠外侧的上部滑移轨道上安装有第一单轨电动行车,靠内侧的上部滑移轨道上安装有轨道轮,第一单轨电动行车和轨道轮上分别安装有第一滑轮和第二滑轮;下部滑移轨道,安装在所述建筑主体钢结构内侧的钢梁上,下部滑移轨道上安装有第二单轨电动行车,第二单轨电动行车的上侧安装有卷扬机,卷扬机上引出的钢丝绳依次绕过第二滑轮和第一滑轮后向下延伸。本发明可以解决现有技术中采用电动葫芦进行起降速度比较慢以及电动葫芦与卷扬机配合操作时具有危险性的问题。
