The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, in particular to autoclaved aerated concrete containing large-dosage solid waste and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that red mud, glass residues and metakaolin are ground and then mixed evenly, the mixture is subjected to wire drawing treatment after high-temperature melting and cooled to the room temperature, and composite fibers are obtained; depositing nano silicon dioxide on the surface of the composite fiber to obtain a modified composite fiber; uniformly stirring gypsum and warm water to obtain a premixed material; uniformly mixing the modified composite fiber, the activated copper tailing powder, quicklime and cement, then adding the premixed material, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and an exciting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; injecting the slurry into a mold for standing and curing; and after the static curing is finished, carrying out autoclaved reaction to prepare the autoclaved aerated concrete. The red mud, the copper tailings, the glass residues and other solid wastes are adopted as raw materials, the solid wastes are reasonably utilized, the prepared autoclaved aerated concrete has high heat preservation performance and high compressive strength, and the environment is protected.
本发明涉及混凝土制备领域,具体涉及一种含大掺量固废的蒸压加气混凝土及其制备方法,将赤泥、玻璃渣和偏高岭土磨碎后混匀,高温熔融后经拉丝处理,冷却至室温制得复合纤维;在复合纤维的表面沉积纳米二氧化硅,得到改性复合纤维;将石膏和温水拌匀,得到预拌料;将改性复合纤维、活化铜尾矿粉、生石灰和水泥均匀混合,随后加入预拌料、发气剂、稳泡剂和激发剂,搅拌均匀得到浆料;将浆料注入模具中静停养护;静停养护结束后进行蒸压反应,制得蒸压加气混凝土。本发明采用赤泥、铜尾矿和玻璃渣等固体废弃物为原料,对固体废弃物进行了合理的利用,制备出的蒸压加气混凝土具有较高的保温性能和较强的抗压强度,保护了环境。
