The facing material comprises coal gangue, manganese smelting slag and a component regulator. The foamed ceramic heat preservation and decoration integrated plate is full and uniform in pore structure, high in closed porosity, low in heat conductivity coefficient, low in water absorption rate, good in heat preservation performance and good in facing ultraviolet aging resistance; and the uniform pore structure enables uniform stress during pressure bearing, the mechanical property is improved, and relatively good compressive strength can be obtained while high porosity is achieved. The heat preservation and decoration integrated plate effectively solves the problems of solid waste material stockpiling and land occupation, saves cost and is convenient to construct.
