Method for preparing complete mosaic-shaped barium strontium titanate solid solution ceramic sheet
The invention relates to a method for preparing a complete mosaic-shaped barium strontium titanate solid solution ceramic sheet. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing two kinds of initial powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mechanically mixing nano barium titanate powder and nano strontium titanate powder in a certain stoichiometric ratio for 24 hours through a planetary ball mill, drying and grinding to obtain powder to be sintered; (2) putting powder to be sintered into a graphite mold in two times, separating the two parts of powder by using two pieces of carbon paper, and pre-pressing in a manual rotary tablet press and a discharge plasma sintering furnace; (3) carrying out spark plasma sintering, setting proper sintering parameters, starting a sintering program, rapidly cooling to a safe temperature 900 DEG C at which crystal grains are not easy to continuously grow after sintering, and then slowly cooling to 600 DEG C at a speed of 5 DEG C/min; and (4) putting the sintered sample into a muffle furnace, and annealing at 800 DEG C for 10 hours to obtain two relatively complete mosaic-shaped barium strontium titanate solid solution sheets.
