The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic matrix composite hanging point part. The technical problems that a large number of cutting openings, notches and wrinkles exist in an existing hanging point type part in the laying process of a prefabricated body, so that the continuity of carbon fiber cloth is poor, a graphite tool mold is not closed in place, and the performance of the part is affected are solved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) treating a first layer of fiber cloth by using a simple tool and a graphite tool mold in a cutting, layering, flanging and filling manner to obtain a prefabricated body preliminary forming part; according to the wall thickness size of the part, multiple layers of fiber cloth are stacked, attached and laid on the surface of the prefabricated body preliminary forming part, and a final prefabricated body is obtained; wherein each layer of fiber cloth is formed by splicing a plurality of small pieces of fiber cloth, and each small piece of fiber cloth is attached to the corresponding part of the prefabricated body; the splicing positions of the small pieces of fiber cloth of the two adjacent layers of fiber cloth are arranged in a staggered manner; 2) shaping; 3) depositing; and 4) processing to obtain a final part.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷基复合材料挂点零件的制备方法。解决了现有挂点类零件在预制体的铺层过程中存在大量的裁剪口、缺口及褶皱,导致碳纤维布的连续性较差,石墨工装模具合模不到位,影响零件性能的技术问题。本发明制备方法包括以下步骤:1)利用简易工装和石墨工装模具,通过裁剪、铺层、翻边和填补方式对第一层纤维布进行处理,得到预制体初步成型件;根据零件壁厚尺寸,在预制体初步成型件表面进行多层纤维布的叠层、贴合和铺设,得到最终的预制体;其中,每层纤维布由多个小块纤维布拼接形成,每个小块纤维布贴合在预制体的相应部位;两相邻层纤维布的多个小块纤维布的拼接位置错位设置;2)定型;3)沉积;4)加工得到最终的零件。
