本发明涉及高导热复合材料技术领域,公开一种聚酰亚胺纤维/碳纤维增强炭炭复合材料及制备方法。制备方法包括将聚酰亚胺纤维与碳纤维按混编制备成纤维布,纤维布切成与模具大小相当的尺寸,在纤维布上均匀涂刷树脂或中间相沥青,按照“纤维‑树脂或中间相沥青‑纤维”的夹心结构进行铺层,利用模具多次加压成型;经慢速碳化、石墨化处理得到低密的高导热复合材料,利用高温高压反应釜多次浸渍增密,碳化及石墨化处理,得到高导热炭炭复合材料,该炭炭复合材料同时具有优异的力学性能和导热性能,在工业化生产得到广泛应用。
