The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water reducer for a phosphogypsum paper-surface plasterboard and a preparation method of the polycarboxylic acid water reducer, belongs to the field of building materials, and aims to solve the problem that a traditional polycarboxylic acid water reducer is not suitable for the phosphogypsum paper-surface plasterboard. The polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent for the phosphogypsum paper surface gypsum board, provided by the invention, is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 200 to 320 parts of polyether macromonomer, 20 to 30 parts of methacrylic acid, 5 to 15 parts of acrylamide and 8 to 15 parts of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, and the polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of polyether macromonomer, 20 to 30 parts of methacrylic acid, 5 to 15 parts of acrylamide and 8 to 15 parts of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid. 2-6 parts of an initiator, 0.6-4 parts of a chain transfer agent, 2-10 parts of a functional monomer, 0.2-2 parts of a reducing agent and 240-400 parts of deionized water. The polycarboxylate-type water reducer for the phosphogypsum paper-surface plasterboard, provided by the invention, can improve the setting time and early strength of phosphogypsum, effectively adsorb harmful impurities of the phosphogypsum and improve the bonding performance of surface protection paper of the phosphogypsum, and can be suitable for the phosphogypsum paper-surface plasterboard. The invention also provides a preparation method of the polycarboxylate-type water reducer for the phosphogypsum paper-surface plasterboard.
本发明公开一种用于磷石膏纸面石膏板聚羧酸系减水剂及其制备方法，属于建筑材料领域，以解决传统的聚羧酸减水剂无法适用于磷石膏纸面石膏板的问题。本发明提供的用于磷石膏纸面石膏板聚羧酸系减水剂，由以下材料制备得到，以重量份数计，包括如下原料组分：以聚羧酸系减水剂的重量份数计，由以下原料制备得到：聚醚大单体200～320份，甲基丙烯酸20～30份，丙烯酰胺5～15份，2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸8～15份，引发剂2～6份，链转移剂0.6～4份，功能单体2～10份，还原剂0.2～2份，去离子水240～400份。本发明提供的用于磷石膏纸面石膏板聚羧酸系减水剂可以提高磷石膏的凝结时间及早期强度，有效吸附磷石膏的有害杂质，改善其护面纸的粘结性能，能够适用于磷石膏纸面石膏板。本发明还提供了一种用于磷石膏纸面石膏板聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法。
