When one of the left section, the middle section and the right section of the single main tower cross beam reinforcing steel bar component is hoisted, a truss structure is connected with the corresponding section; finding a corresponding hanging point on the upper hanging frame according to the final mounting position of the corresponding section, and then arranging a lower hanging beam at the top of the corresponding section; the lower suspended beams are positioned right below the corresponding lifting points; the lower hanging beam is connected with the sling structure, and the length of an adjusting part of the sling structure is adjusted, so that the segments are in a horizontal state, and the sling structure is in a vertical state; the upper hanging frame, the truss structure, the lower hanging beam and the sling structure are used for hoisting a single segment in a horizontal state. When the gravity centers of different sections are different, the sections move upwards in a horizontal posture, the sling structure is in a vertical state, the alignment connection precision of matched sections is ensured, and the problems of excessive hoisting times and long-time tower crane occupation caused by continuous change of the gravity centers are solved.
