Reinforcing construction method for top surface of lower cross beam of main tower
The invention discloses a reinforcing construction method for the top face of a lower cross beam of a main tower. The method comprises the steps that chiseling treatment is conducted; planting steel bars; a UHPC structure is additionally arranged on the original top face of a lower cross beam of a main tower, and a new and old concrete combination face is obtained. The UHPC structure is adopted to replace traditional concrete, under the conditions that the top space of the lower cross beam is limited and no construction space exists, the construction size is reduced, and the requirement for reducing the construction space is met. The problem that the constructable space of the top face of the lower cross beam of the bridge main tower does not conform to the current reinforcing construction requirement space is solved.
本申请公开了一种主塔下横梁顶面补强施工方法,该方法包括步骤:凿毛处理;进行植筋;在主塔下横梁原有顶面上增加UHPC结构,得到新旧混凝土结合面。本申请通过采用UHPC结构替代传统混凝土,在下横梁顶部空间受限,没有施工空间的情况下,减小施工尺寸,达到减小施工空间的要求。即解决了桥梁主塔下横梁顶面可施工空间与当前补强施工要求空间不符的问题。
