The invention provides a vehicle with a road surface drawing function for improving road surface drawing from the vehicle. The vehicle having a road surface drawing function includes: a light projection member capable of performing light projection for road surface drawing in a traveling vehicle so as to draw a road surface drawing image on a road surface around the traveling vehicle; a rainfall detection means for detecting rainfall or a state associated with rainfall; and a control unit that controls the light projection for road surface drawing by the light projection means on the basis of the detection by the rainfall detection means. When the rainfall detection means detects rainfall or a state accompanying rainfall, the control unit determines that rainfall is present, and suppresses light projection from the light projection means for the road surface drawing image.
