The invention discloses a construction method for replacing an uplift pile with a'two-in-one 'underground diaphragm wall, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring an uplift coefficient of a foundation pit soil layer and a compressive limit side resistance standard value of pile side surface stratum soil on the basis of the geological condition of the foundation pit soil layer; based on the single-pile distance, the anti-pulling coefficient and the anti-compression limit side resistance standard value of the pile side surface stratum soil, the anti-pulling limit bearing capacity standard value of the two-in-one diaphragm wall is calculated; the uplift ultimate bearing capacity standard value of the two-in-one diaphragm wall is compared with the uplift bearing capacity standard value of the single pile; a test panel of the two-in-one diaphragm wall is constructed in the foundation pit; testing the uplift ultimate bearing capacity standard value of the test amplitude; and after the uplift ultimate bearing capacity standard value of the test amplitude is larger than the uplift bearing capacity standard value of the single pile, the two-in-one underground diaphragm wall is constructed to replace the uplift pile. The problem that in the deep foundation pit construction process, due to the factors such as site limitation, complex working environment and confined water influence, the uplift pile is difficult to construct is solved.
