Construction method and structure of porous mass concrete easy to dissipate heat and cool
The invention discloses a porous mass concrete construction method and structure easy for heat dissipation and cooling, the construction method is combined with the characteristic of layered pouring of mass concrete, a plurality of hollow channel molds of each layer are vertically arranged at the construction front edge of the concrete of each layer, and the channel molds are 20-30 cm higher than the concrete surface and serve as heat dissipation channels communicated with the outside; concrete hydration heat is transferred into air, the highest temperature in a concrete structure and the internal and external temperature difference are reduced, the mass concrete temperature control condition is improved, then the concrete cracking risk is reduced, the engineering quality is guaranteed, the concrete warehousing temperature standard is reduced, the aggregate cooling cost investment is reduced, the temperature control cost is reduced, and the overall carbon emission is reduced. Meanwhile, due to the formed porous structure, the use amount of mass concrete materials can be remarkably reduced, in the construction process, a pore channel mold does not need to be dismantled, the construction process is reduced, and the construction efficiency is higher.
