The operation shaft comprises a ridging shaping roller, a first film spreading roller, a mulching film shaping roller, an insertion type seeder, a rope releasing roller and a second film spreading roller which are sequentially arranged in the direction opposite to the traction direction, a set of first shaping discs are arranged on the shaping roller at intervals, and second shaping discs corresponding to the first shaping discs are arranged on the mulching film shaping roller; a group of rope shafts located between adjacent ridges are arranged on the roller, rope bodies on the rope shafts are located between the first mulching film and the second mulching film and used for supporting the second mulching film to enable the second mulching film to be of a wave-shaped structure, and wave troughs of the second mulching film are arranged corresponding to the plug-in seeder, so that ridging, film mulching and seeding operations can be completed in saline-alkali land parcels at the same time; irrigation channels for sufficiently and reasonably utilizing brackish water for irrigation are formed among the mulching films.
