The invention relates to the technical field of composite non-metallic materials, in particular to a method for preparing dental zirconia ceramics through low-temperature sintering, which comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing 3Y zirconia ceramic granulation powder and nano silicon dioxide powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nano silicon dioxide powder with 3Y zirconia ceramic granulation powder to obtain powder A; putting the powder A into a bag, flatly laying the bag on a vortex oscillator, and oscillating to obtain powder B; performing dry pressing on the powder B to obtain a biscuit C; performing heat treatment on the biscuit C to obtain a pre-sintered body D; and heating the pre-sintered body D to 1400 DEG C, preserving heat for 1-4 hours, and sintering to obtain the dental zirconia ceramic. According to the method, the sintering temperature is reduced to 1400 DEG C, so that the preparation time and cost of the zirconia ceramic dental crown can be shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, the requirement on a zirconia sintering furnace is also reduced, and a zirconia ceramic crystal structure is not changed.
