The invention discloses a method for preparing zirconia ceramic by utilizing a multi-time sintering process, and relates to a preparation method of ceramic. The invention aims to provide the method for preparing the zirconia ceramic by using the multiple sintering process, which has finer crystal grains and more excellent mechanical property and hydrothermal aging resistance. The method for preparing the zirconia ceramic by using the multi-time sintering process comprises the following steps: S10, preparing zirconia powder by using a hydrothermal method; s20, mixing the zirconium oxide powder with water and a dispersing agent to prepare slurry, carrying out molding treatment on the slurry, and sequentially carrying out granulation, molding, glue discharging and sintering to obtain primary ceramic; s30, the primary ceramic is heated to 1250-1400 DEG C for first sintering, and the temperature is reduced to 900-1100 DEG C; s40, the ceramic treated in the step S30 is heated to 1250-1400 DEG C for secondary sintering, and the temperature is reduced to 900-1100 DEG C; and S50, repeating the second sintering process for third and fourth sintering to obtain the zirconia ceramic.
本发明利用多次烧结工艺制备氧化锆陶瓷的方法涉及一种陶瓷的制备方法。其目的是为了提供一种晶粒更细、机械性能和抗水热老化性能更优异的利用多次烧结工艺制备氧化锆陶瓷的方法。本发明利用多次烧结工艺制备氧化锆陶瓷的方法包括以下步骤:S10,通过水热法制备得到氧化锆粉体;S20,将所述氧化锆粉体与水和分散剂混合,制得浆料,对所述浆料进行成型处理,依次进行造粒、成型、排胶和烧结,得到初级陶瓷;S30,将初级陶瓷加热至1250‑1400℃进行第一次烧结,降至900‑1100℃;S40,对步骤S30中处理后的陶瓷加热至1250‑1400℃进行第二次烧结,降至900‑1100℃;S50,重复第二次烧结工艺进行第三、第四次烧结,得到氧化锆陶瓷。
