Pumped storage tunnel based on TBM construction and construction method
The pumped storage tunnel comprises a first-stage long inclined shaft, an upper adit section, a first construction adit and a lower adit section, the first-stage long inclined shaft is provided with a directional hole with two through ends, one end of the upper adit section is connected with a first auxiliary chamber, and the other end of the upper adit section is connected with a second auxiliary chamber. The other end of the upper adit section is connected with the starting end of the first-stage long inclined shaft through a second auxiliary chamber, the starting end of the first-stage long inclined shaft is located above the first-stage long inclined shaft, one end of the first construction adit is connected with a ground assembly square arranged on a terrain line, and the other end of the first construction adit is connected to a first auxiliary chamber. One end of the lower adit section is communicated with the tail end of the first-stage long inclined shaft through a machine dismounting hole; the one-stage long inclined shaft arrangement structure is adopted, the number of vertical face corners is reduced, the effectiveness and timeliness of supporting measures during TBM construction are guaranteed through the top-down tunneling mode, slag slipping is conducted from top to bottom through gravity, and construction convenience and safety are high.
本发明公开了一种基于TBM施工的抽水蓄能隧洞及施工方法,包括一级长斜井、上平洞段、第一施工支洞及下平洞段,一级长斜井设置有两端贯通的定向孔,上平洞段的一端与第一辅助硐室连接,上平洞段的另一端与一级长斜井的起始端通过第二辅助硐室连接,一级长斜井的起始端位于斜上方,第一施工支洞的一端与设置于地形线上的地面组装广场连接,第一施工支洞的另一端连接于第一辅助硐室,下平洞段的一端通过拆机洞与一级长斜井的末端连通;本发明采用一级长斜井布置结构,减少了立面拐弯数量,并采用自上而下的掘进方式保证了TBM施工时支护措施的有效性和及时性,利用重力自上而下溜渣,施工便利性和安全性高。
