本发明公开了一种ALC墙板起运吊装装置,包括移动底座、起运机构、驱动机构和缓冲机构,移动底座底部设置有万向移动轮,起运机构包括驱动电机一。本发明,在需要将ALC墙板取下时,使支撑导向柱底部接触地面可以对吊装顶板架进行支撑,通过使用电动伸缩杆控制升降导向板移动,使挤压调节板上的滑动导向轮在滑动导向槽内滑动,可以使转动底板与吊装顶板架处于同一轴线上,此时支撑底座上的移动滑动轮滑动至升降导向槽内,当支撑底座下移时,移动滑动轮接触橡胶贴片并在橡胶贴片上滑动,可以增加移动滑动轮移动时的摩擦力,降低支撑底座下降时的速度,可以避免将ALC墙板放下时由于下降速度过快导致ALC墙板发生破裂。
