The invention relates to a hybrid fiber engineering cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 parts of cement, 1000 parts of iron tailing powder, 400 parts of water, 500 parts of fine aggregate, 150-200 parts of modified PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) fiber, 0-50 parts of recycled tire steel fiber, 50-70 parts of biological keratin, 5 parts of a water reducing agent and 1 part of a thickening agent. According to the invention, the hybrid advantage of fibers is exerted, the mechanical property and durability of ECC are improved, and the formed cement-based material has self-healing ability under a humid condition; the recycled tire steel fibers are used for partially replacing the modified PVA fibers to prepare the hybrid fiber ECC, so that the preparation cost of the ECC is reduced on the premise of ensuring the strain hardening performance, and certain economic advantages are achieved; the waste tires and the biological keratin are reused, the utilization rate of solid waste is increased, sustainable development of resources and the environment is achieved, and a certain environment-friendly advantage is achieved.
本发明是一种混杂纤维工程水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,复合材料由以下重量份的原料制成:水泥500份,铁尾矿粉1000份,水400份,细骨料500份,改性PVA纤维150‑200份,回收轮胎钢纤维0‑50份,生物角蛋白50‑70份,减水剂5份,增稠剂1份。本发明发挥纤维的混杂优势,提高ECC力学性能及耐久性能,且形成的水泥基材料兼具有在潮湿条件下的自愈合能力;使用回收轮胎钢纤维部分替代改性PVA纤维制备混杂纤维ECC,在保证应变硬化性能的前提下降低ECC的制备成本,具有一定经济优势;对废旧轮胎及生物角蛋白的再次利用,提高了固体废弃物的利用率,实现资源与环境的可持续发展,具有一定环保优势。
