Hybrid fiber reinforced cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hybrid fiber reinforced cement-based composite material for bridge construction and a preparation method thereof. The hybrid fiber reinforced cement-based composite material comprises cement, silica fume, standard sand or river sand, a water reducing agent component A, a water reducing agent component B, copolyformaldehyde fibers, steel fibers and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dry-mixing the cement, the silica fume, the river sand, the microbead powder and the polyformaldehyde fiber to a uniform state; then sequentially adding one half of the water reducing agent and one half of the water, and continuously stirring the one half of the water reducing agent and one half of the water; and adding the steel fiber, continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed and has good fluidity, and discharging. The hybrid fiber reinforced cement-based composite material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high strength, ultrahigh toughness, economy, environmental protection and the like, and is suitable for newly-built cement-based material bridge structures, steel-concrete composite structure bridge structures and widening and reinforcing of various bridge structures.
