The invention relates to the technical field of concrete curing agents, in particular to a curing agent for a concrete pipeline and a preparation and construction method of the curing agent. The invention aims to solve the problems of poor binding force between the existing curing agent and concrete, low water retention rate and insufficient physical strength. The first purpose of the invention is to provide a curing agent for a concrete pipeline. The curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-160 parts of single-component polyurea; 30 to 50 parts of a diluent; 10 to 20 parts of Portland cement; and 6-10 parts of slag powder. The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the curing agent for the concrete pipeline. The third purpose of the invention is to provide a construction method of the curing agent for the concrete pipeline.
本发明涉及混凝土养护剂技术领域，更具体地，涉及一种混凝土管道用养护剂及其制备和施工方法。本发明的目的在于解决现有养护剂与混凝土结合力差、保水性率低、物理强度不足的问题。本发明的第一目的是提供一种混凝土管道用养护剂，包括以下重量份数的组分：单组分聚脲100‑160份；稀释剂30‑50份；硅酸盐水泥10‑20份；矿渣粉6‑10份。本发明的第二目的是提供一种混凝土管道用养护剂的制备方法。本发明的第三目的是提供一种混凝土管道用养护剂的施工方法。
