The invention relates to a self-adjusting concrete pavement slab and a construction method.The self-adjusting concrete pavement slab comprises a concrete slab, a hoisting fine adjustment assembly and a connecting assembly, the concrete slab is horizontally laid on the ground, and a plurality of hoisting fine adjustment sleeves and grouting sleeves penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the concrete slab are arranged on the concrete slab; a plurality of connecting sleeves are arranged along the edge of the concrete slab at intervals, and the hoisting fine adjustment sleeves and the grouting sleeves are evenly distributed on the concrete slab. A groove is formed in the side edge of the concrete slab. The hoisting fine adjustment assembly is connected with the hoisting fine adjustment sleeve, the first end of the hoisting fine adjustment assembly is used for being connected with hoisting equipment, and the second end of the hoisting fine adjustment assembly abuts against the ground. The connecting assemblies are used for connecting the pair of corresponding connecting sleeves on the two adjacent concrete slabs. By adjusting the hoisting fine adjustment assembly, the flatness of the multiple concrete slabs is within the required range, the vertical adjustable range of the concrete slabs is increased, and therefore the requirement for the flatness of the foundation ground is not high, and rapid construction is facilitated.
