The invention discloses a construction method for constructing a large-span steel structure truss in a limited space, which comprises the following steps of: determining the mounting position of a lifting device on an existing building structure column, and mounting the lifting device on the existing building structure column; respectively splicing the first steel structure truss and the second steel structure truss, and connecting the first steel structure truss and the second steel structure truss with a lifting device; and the first steel structure truss and the second steel structure truss are connected after being lifted to the same height, then the connected steel structure trusses are lifted to the installation position, the inlaying rod assemblies are installed, the steel structure trusses are installed on existing building structure columns, the lifting device is dismantled, and construction is completed. An existing building structural column is utilized, a lifting device is installed on the structural column, the mode of in-situ splicing and in-situ lifting is adopted, and the large-span steel structure truss can be rapidly hoisted under the condition that the space is limited without large hoisting equipment.
本发明公开了一种在有限空间内施工大跨度钢结构桁架的施工方法,包括以下步骤:确定提升装置在已有建筑结构柱上的安装位置,并将提升装置安装在已有建筑结构柱上;分别拼装第一钢结构桁架和第二钢结构桁架,并将其与提升装置相连接;将第一钢结构桁架与第二钢结构桁架提升到相同高度后连接,再将连接后的钢结构桁架提升到安装位置,安装嵌补杆组件,并将钢结构桁架安装在已有建筑结构柱上,拆除提升装置,施工完成。利用已有建筑结构柱,在结构柱上安装提升装置,采用就地拼装,原地提升的方式,不需要大型的吊装设备即可在空间受限的情况下能够快捷的将大跨度钢结构桁架完成吊装。
