A hinge mechanism is installed in the middle of the lower end of an installation mechanism and comprises a pair of hinged supports, a hinged shaft, a screw head, a shaft rod, a first damping pad and a threaded rod, the hinged supports are fixed to the middle of the lower end of the installation mechanism, the upper end of a swing rod is located between the hinged supports, and the hinged shaft movably penetrates through the hinged supports; according to the tuned mass damper, the tuned mass damper is installed on a chimney through the installation mechanism, the swing rod and the mass block are located in the chimney, if the chimney is subjected to external force, energy can be transmitted to the mass block through swing of the chimney, the mass block swings, and the energy is transmitted to the chimney through the shaft rod bearing. And meanwhile, the mass block can generate opposite swing which is just different from the swing of the chimney, so that the swing of the chimney can be reduced, the damping and wind resistance effects are achieved, an external spring for damping is not needed, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种烟囱用调谐质量阻尼器，安装机构下端中间安装有铰链机构，铰链机构包括铰座、铰轴、螺丝头、轴杆、阻尼垫一、螺纹杆，铰座有一对且固定在安装机构下端中间，摆杆上端位于铰座之间，铰轴活动贯穿在铰座之间，铰轴与摆杆上端贯穿固定，轴杆轴承连接在铰轴内部，本发明中，通过安装机构在本调谐质量阻尼器安装烟囱上，并使摆杆、质量块位于烟囱中，这样若是烟囱受到外力，此时烟囱的摆动会将能量传到质量块并摆动，同时质量块会产生相反的摆动，这相反的摆动刚好与烟囱的摆动不同，所以可令烟囱本身的摆动减少，以此起到阻尼抗风的作用，这样无需再外置弹簧阻尼，提高了使用寿命。
