The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method for melting ice and snow in a combined wood formwork in winter construction, which comprises the following steps: when wall body steel bars are bound, fixing brackets are arranged at the lower parts of the wall body steel bars at intervals around a wall body, and annular sleeves are arranged on the fixing brackets; a wood formwork is erected on the outer side of the wall reinforcing steel bar, a square hole is formed in the bottom of a wall corner of the erected wood formwork, and the position, opposite to the square hole, of the sleeve is disconnected along the section; introducing the electric heat tracing sheet from one end of the sleeve through the square hole by using a wire leading machine, and stopping when the electric heat tracing sheet is led back to the square hole position from the other end; ice and snow on the outer side of the sleeve are melted through heating of the electric tracing band, and melted snow water is discharged out of the wood formwork through the square hole; and the electric tracing band is withdrawn before the wall body is poured, and the square hole is tightly propped and sealed by using a wood chip. The installation of the plastic sleeve and the threading of the electric tracing band are relatively simple, and complicated tools and equipment are not needed; the electric tracing band can be uniformly heated and can be repeatedly used, so that energy is saved, and secondary icing can be avoided.
