A plurality of universal wheel chassis are uniformly and fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate; lifting units are arranged on the top surfaces of the two bottom plates; a plurality of lifting units are arranged on the faces, close to each other, of the lifting units on the two sides. The lifting assembly comprises a vertical plate; the bottom end of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with a sliding sleeve; a joist is mounted in the sliding sleeve in a sliding manner; an inclined slope is arranged at the end, away from the vertical plate, of the joist. A groove is formed in the bottom surface of the joist; a first hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the end, away from the vertical plate, of the groove of the joist and the end, close to the vertical plate, of the sliding sleeve. The ALC light partition wall board is clamped, lifted and moved, and the danger that the ALC light partition wall board topples over in the transportation and installation process is avoided; therefore, the installation work of constructors is facilitated, and the physical consumption of the constructors is reduced; meanwhile, the damage probability of the ALC light partition board is reduced.
