The invention relates to a construction method for replacing a bridge suspender, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting a self-developed assembled carrying pole beam for erecting a construction tool through deformed steel bars and nuts by utilizing an air hole of a bridge box beam, hoisting the tool to a bridge inspection vehicle in batches by using a crane, and transporting the tool to a position right below a lower anchor head of the suspender; a worker installs the tool on a carrying pole beam through a hand-cranking hoist, a lower anchor head of the suspender is connected with a hydraulic jack through a bushing installation tension rod, the jack is pressurized to enable an anchor ring of the suspender to be separated from an anchor backing plate and not to be stressed any more, so that the anchor ring is screwed off, after pressure relief, an old suspender is hoisted out from a vault through a crane, and a new suspender is hoisted downwards from the vault through the crane. And finally, a new anchor ring is screwed after the anchor ring is tensioned to a design value for three times through a jack, and after the cable force is checked to be qualified by a monitoring unit, the suspender is replaced. The bridge inspection vehicle serves as a temporary working platform, operation is flexible and convenient, the construction period is shortened, and the platform building and navigation sealing cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种用于桥梁吊杆更换施工方法,利用桥梁箱梁的透气孔,通过螺纹钢和螺母吊装自研拼装式扁担梁用于架设施工工装,再由吊机将工装分批次吊装至桥检车上并运至吊杆下锚头正下方,工人通过手摇葫芦将工装安装至扁担梁上,吊杆下锚头通过补芯安装张拉杆与液压千斤顶相连,对千斤顶加压使得吊杆锚圈脱离锚垫板不再受力,从而拧下锚圈,并在卸压后由吊机从拱顶将旧吊杆吊出,新吊杆由吊机从拱顶往下吊入,并通过相同的方式进行安装,最后通过千斤顶分三次张拉到设计值后拧上新锚圈,经监控单位校核索力合格后,完成吊杆更换;本发明具有以桥检车作为临时工作平台,操作灵活便捷,缩短施工工期,减少平台搭建和封航成本。
