本发明涉及桥梁施工,特别是一种大跨度桥梁吊杆安装施工方法。包括如下步骤:S1、制作输送安装装置;S2、输送安装装置置于拱肋上,旋转行走机构的驱动件,使上滚轮和下滚轮分别与拱肋的上弧面和下弧面滚动接触;S3、将吊杆一端穿过上夹持轴轮组且安装固定在下夹持轴轮组上;S4、输送安装装置到达第一根吊杆安装位置后,调节行走机构的下伸缩缸使箱体处于水平状态;S5、安装吊杆;S6、上伸缩缸收缩,吊杆安装到位;S7、输送安装装置复位,重复步骤S3‑S6,进行下一根吊杆的安装施工。本发明解决了起重设备在吊装过程中极易引起吊杆外部PE管破损的问题,保证桥梁的施工质量,提高了安装精度,提高了施工效率。
