Relates to the technical field of road facilities, the depth of the isosceles trapezoid groove is larger than 3 mm and not larger than 10 mm, the upper bottom width of the isosceles trapezoid groove is smaller than the lower bottom width of the isosceles trapezoid groove, and the bottom angle of the isosceles trapezoid groove is larger than or equal to 10 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees. After waste residues are removed, a water-based pavement marking coating which takes water emulsion resin as a base material and contains 5-15% wt of bamboo powder is poured into the trapezoidal groove, and an outlet of road marking equipment is improved, so that an arc-shaped raised marking can be formed at one time during construction, and the arc curvature of the marking is 1/3-1. The embedded pavement marking is durable, wear-resistant and easy to maintain and clean, previous repeated spraying and maintaining work is omitted, and the embedded pavement marking has higher durability and better anti-drawing performance.
本发明公开了一种梯形开槽式嵌入型路面标线的结构及其施工方法。涉及道路设施技术领域，本发明通过用燕尾刀替代铣刀的小型铣刨机，在路面上开出深度大于3mm且不大于10mm的上底宽度小于下底宽度的等腰梯形槽，且该梯形槽的底角角度应大于等于10度，小于90度。清除废渣后，在梯形槽中灌注以水乳性树脂为基料且含有5～15％wt竹粉的水基型路面标线涂料，并通过对道路标线施划设备出口的改进，使其在施工时能一次成型有弧形凸起的标线，其弧线曲率为1/3～1。完成标线施工后修整毛边，形成不易磨损、脱落的嵌入型路面标线，本发明经久耐磨，易于维护清理，免去了以往的重复喷涂维护工作，兼具更高的持久性、更好的抗拉拔性能。
