The overall length of the handrail is changed by arranging the telescopic assembly, so that the blocking rod can meet the traffic management requirements of parking lots with channels of different widths, meanwhile, the rubber wrapping layer arranged outside the handrail can relieve the impact of external force on the handrail, and the handrail is prevented from being damaged; the flexibility of parking lot parking space vehicle management is improved by adding a length adjusting function to the handrail.
