To provide an attachment structure for an end effector and a securing member for a robot side capable of easily and automatically replacing end effectors.SOLUTION: A rotary lifting unit and a sky parking are provided with a securing member for a robot side having an adapter provided with a first projection part and an end effector having an adapter to be adapted provided with a second projection part. The securing member for the robot side is provided with driving force transporting means transporting force to the end effector, and the adapter is provided with driving means driving the adapter to pull the end effector by engaging the first projection part to the second projection part. The first projection part and the second projection part are engaged to each other and the end effector and the securing member for the robot side are securely maintained in a connected situation, by approaching either of the first projection part and the second projection part in a non engaging situation the other and rotating the first projection part and the second projection part to a predetermined angle at which they can be engaged, and then pulling the adapter to be adapted through driving the adapter with the driving means driving the adapter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
