A baffle and a suction cup can be driven to move when a vehicle collides with an elastic abutting piece, the baffle slides to be exposed out of the suction cup, meanwhile, the suction cup moves outwards to abut against the outer side wall of the vehicle to generate adsorption, then the vehicle is decelerated, and meanwhile the elastic abutting piece can slide in a splayed plate during collision; and transverse impact force is effectively converted into inclined elastic overcoming force, so that an anti-collision effect is achieved.
