The invention discloses an assembly type steel rib connection concrete frame structure and a construction method thereof, and the construction method comprises the steps that the lower part of one end of a first connection steel rib on a steel rib pipe at the upper end of a column section of a prefabricated frame column is embedded in the column section, the other end of the first connection steel rib extends to the outer side of the column section, and the steel rib pipe is sleeved with a column end stirrup; the prefabricated frame beam comprises main beams and secondary beams, connecting steel ribs are embedded in the two ends of the main beams and the two ends of the secondary beams respectively, the lower portions of one ends of the connecting steel ribs are embedded in the main beams or the secondary beams, the connecting steel ribs on the main beams are connected to the first connecting steel ribs, and the connecting steel ribs at the two ends of the secondary beams are connected to the second connecting steel ribs of the two adjacent main beams respectively. The connecting steel ribs and the second connecting steel ribs of the prefabricated frame beam are hooped with beam end stirrups; and the cast-in-place concrete is poured between the column beams and between the upper parts of the main beam and the secondary beam. The problems that a traditional assembly type concrete structure is connected through a grouting sleeve, the requirement for the installation precision and the grouting technology level is high, and the installation difficulty is large are solved.
本发明公开了一种装配式钢骨连接混凝土框架结构及其施工方法,包括:预制框架柱的柱节上端的钢骨管上的第一联结钢骨的一端的下部埋设于柱节中,其另一端伸至柱节的外侧,钢骨管的外部套设有柱端箍筋;预制框架梁,包括主梁和次梁,主梁和次梁的两端分别埋设有连接钢骨,连接钢骨的一端的下部埋设于主梁或次梁中,主梁上的连接钢骨连接于第一联结钢骨,次梁的两端的连接钢骨分别连接于相邻的两个主梁的第二联结钢骨,预制框架梁的连接钢骨和第二联结钢骨箍设有梁端箍筋;现浇混凝土,浇筑于柱梁之间、主梁与次梁的上部和之间。本发明解决了传统的装配式混凝土结构采用灌浆套筒连接,对安装精度和灌浆技术水平要求较高,安装难度较大的问题。
