The invention discloses a tunnel flood gate with a locking mechanism, the tunnel flood gate comprises a flood gate body and a tunnel, the flood gate body is mounted in the tunnel, movable steel plates are mounted on four sides of one side of the flood gate body at a tunnel portal, the steel plates move vertically or horizontally, and the locking mechanism is arranged on the flood gate body. Fixing holes allowing the steel plates to penetrate through are formed in the positions, corresponding to the steel plates, of the inner wall of the tunnel, a fixing frame is installed on the side, away from the steel plates, of the flood gate body in an up-down sliding mode, and the controller controls operation of the motor to drive the four steel plates to be inserted into the fixing holes in the inner wall of the tunnel so that the flood gate body can be supported by the steel plates; and meanwhile, the motor operates to drive the fixing frame to descend, the bottom of the supporting rod and the bottom of the inner wall of the tunnel are extruded, the supporting rod is used for supporting the inner side of the flood gate body, and the fixing stability between the flood gate body and the tunnel is further improved.
