The invention discloses a construction device of a removable road marking and a construction method thereof, which are used for recovering road hot-melt type, solvent type, double-component and water-based marking, developing a removal process of thermosetting and thermoplastic marking and realizing lossless separation of the marking and a road surface. The method comprises the following steps: sweeping a pavement; spraying a lower coating agent on a to-be-marked part of the road surface, and laying a magnetic conductive grid; coating the coating on the magnetic conductive grid in a blade coating manner, spreading glass beads, and cooling and forming; when the marked line is cleared, the portable cart is taken down from the automobile, and then the induction coil is aligned to the position, where the marked line is to be cleared, of the road surface; the induction heating equipment is started to heat the marked line to be removed, and the marked line is rolled up by the roller and is nondestructively separated from the road surface; the roller is taken down, and the waste marked lines are recycled; after construction is completed, power sources of all the devices are cut off, and the portable cart is placed on an automobile. Compared with an existing violent removing method for the road marking, the removing technology can remove the marking without damage, and the road surface is not damaged.
