Pre-fixing-thermalizing springback water stop joint for underground diaphragm wall
The invention discloses a pre-fixing-thermalizing springback water stop connector for an underground diaphragm wall. The joint comprises an outer protection pipe, a rigid water stop plate, a pre-fixing-thermalizing system and a secondary grouting system. The memory steel plate and the rubber water-stop belt of the rigid water-stop plate are utilized to enhance the strength of the joint and increase the streaming path of underground water; the rigid water stop plate is fixed in the connecting joint through solid paraffin of the pre-fixing-thermalizing system, and the solid paraffin is melted through heating of an electric heating wire, so that the rigid water stop plate extends out of the connecting joint; and the compactness and the strength of the joint of the underground diaphragm wall are improved through the secondary grouting system. By the adoption of the method, the strength between the wall sections can be improved, the water stopping effect can be enhanced, and the method can be widely applied to construction of underground continuous walls and has the advantages of being easy and convenient to operate and good in integrity.
